Below is the process for how we begin working together as trainer and client, whether it’s virtually, in-person, or through individualized programming:

INITIAL CONTACT
Before we begin training, I want to ensure that you feel confident in your decision to start personal training. Here’s what you can expect:

A 30-minute consultation call to discuss your fitness history, current goals, and scheduling preferences

An overview of what to expect in your initial session

A breakdown of pricing based on the training option you choose, which will be provided to you both over the phone and via email

COMPLEMENTARY SESSION
Now it’s time to meet! Here’s what to expect:

Your first session is completely complimentary, no matter which training option you choose

This session gives us the opportunity to meet, get to know each other, and experience a workout together—all without any financial commitment on your part

I’ll assess your movement and provide a personalized evaluation of how I can best support you in the gym

STARTING YOUR JOURNEY
Congratulations! We’ve taken the first steps toward working together. Now:

You’ll confirm which training option you’d like to pursue

We’ll schedule your training sessions at times that work best for you

All necessary paperwork must be signed and payments made before your first paid session to secure your spot
Once everything is in place, you'll be on your way to a healthier, stronger, and fitter version of yourself!
